Its purpose is to explain the services provided by the App, the types of data collected, and how that data is used, shared, and protected.DisclosureThe operator of this App is not a lender or a broker. The App does not participate in credit evaluations, financial approvals, or lending decisions. Instead, it provides a connection service, securely transmitting user-provided information to trusted third-party lenders. These lenders independently determine loan terms, including APR, repayment periods, and applicable fees.Information CollectedThe App collects two categories of information:Personally Identifiable Information (PII) – information that can identify an individual.Collected when users complete a loan request form or submit inquiries.Examples: name, address, phone number, email, Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license details, residency status, employment details, paycheck frequency and amount, home ownership data, and bank account information.Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) – data that does not identify a specific person.Examples: IP address, browser type, device language, time of access, clickstream data, and sections of the App visited.Often collected via cookies or third-party tracking systems.Cookies are small files placed on your device to enhance user experience. They allow the App to recognize returning users without personally identifying them.Non-PII may be shared with service providers or third parties for analytical, statistical, or trend-monitoring purposes.Third parties, including lenders and advertising partners, may be permitted to display ads within the App. These parties may use cookies or similar technologies to track engagement. However, the App does not share PII with these advertisers.How Personally Identifiable Information Is UsedPII is used only for purposes directly related to delivering requested services, such as:Forwarding loan requests to partner lenders within the network.Resolving disputes or handling technical issues.Enforcing agreements and ensuring service functionality.By providing PII, users consent to its secure transfer to third-party lenders, affiliates, or marketing partners (as permitted by law). This information may also be used for promotional or advertising purposes relevant to the user.The App operator itself does not directly access submitted loan application data. All requests are securely transmitted to authorized lenders.By submitting PII, users acknowledge and permit lenders to contact them regarding loan processing. Users waive the right to file complaints with the FTC or other authorities concerning such lender communications.Sharing of Personal InformationThe App’s services are delivered with the help of third parties. As part of service delivery, PII may be shared with:Network lenders, affiliates, and service partners.Assignees or third parties, if required for service execution.Law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or courts when legally obligated through subpoenas, investigations, or similar legal processes.PII may also be disclosed to:Prevent fraud, illegal activities, or misuse of services.Protect the rights, property, or safety of the company, its users, or others.Enforce the Terms of Use or related policies.Third parties receiving PII maintain their own privacy policies, which govern their handling of such information.Refusal of CommunicationsWhen users submit PII, they are automatically opted in to communications. However, users retain the right to refuse or opt out of future communications from third parties at any time.External SourcesThe App may link or redirect users to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such external sources. Users should review the privacy policies and terms of use of any external sites they access, as the App does not control those entities.Changes to the PolicyThe App reserves the right to revise, update, or amend this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
